First Login & Setup
After installing Companion Hub, open the dashboard and create your account.

The desktop app opens the dashboard in its own window. You can also use any browser at the URLs above.
Create your account
On first visit, create an admin account with a strong password. This is separate from your CI Account at hub.ci.computer.
Complete the onboarding wizard
After login, the Onboarding Wizard configures AI, recommends apps, and optionally connects Tailscale — all on one page with a Finish setup button.
Configure settings
Visit Settings for domain, DNS, error monitoring (opt-in crash reports), and inference preferences.
Pair with your CI Account (optional)
For remote management and the Cloudflare Gateway, pair your device with your account at hub.ci.computer. Hub works fully offline on your LAN without this step.
Store your admin password securely. Hub credentials are stored locally on your machine.
