The platform, by product

Hardware you own, software that runs on it, the devices that feed it, and the agents that use it.

Hardware

Companion Intelligence hardware arrives ready to run: CI-OS, Docker, Ollama, and Companion Hub are preinstalled.

Companion Core chassis, front view tipped 30 degrees forward Horizontal steel enclosure seen from above and square on, so the solid front panel and the perforated stamped-mesh top are both visible and the side panels fall edge on. Drawn in true perspective: the top narrows markedly towards the back and the front panel narrows towards the floor. The front panel carries two USB ports, two dark round jacks and a large power button in a tight group right of centre. The mesh top carries a decal at its front left: a silver heart filling a square outline a sixth of the chassis wide, laid under the perforation so the mesh punches through it. The software that installs and manages self-hosted apps and local AI through a web dashboard, desktop app, and CLI. Free for personal and nonprofit use.

Mentra Live

Talk to your Companion through Mentra smart glasses. Developer preview: answers come from your Hub's local model, and memory is saved only when you turn it on.

Pebble

Developer preview: search and recall your Companion Memory from a Pebble watch. The watch asks your phone, and the phone asks your Memory.

Omi (prototype)

A developer prototype: capture audio from an Omi DevKit on a PC you run, transcribed locally with Whisper. Not connected to Companion Memory yet.

Sipeed MaixCAM

Edge computer vision at the source: models run on the camera and only structured detection events reach your Companion Memory. Prototype, not yet validated on hardware.

Home Assistant Voice PE

Fully local voice commands for your home, independent of big-tech listening servers.

Agents

Bring the agent you already run. Companion Hub and Companion Memory each expose an MCP server it can call.

Connect your own OpenClaw install, or take the Companion OpenClaw app from the Hub app store, which arrives pre-wired.

Connect a stock Hermes Agent install; the Companion app builds on the official image and adds a terminal UI and setup flow.

Claude Code and other MCP clients

Any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP can connect: the server's MCP URL, a bearer token, and the transport.
